I’m Neda Mostafavi, a health coach from Connecticut, dedicated to helping individuals improve their quality of life through better health. While the quantity of life may be beyond our control, I firmly believe that the quality of life is a choice we can make. I’m here to guide you in making those choices to enhance your well-being and live a more fulfilling life. I am a mother and a wife who are familiar with the everyday challenges. We might not able to choose the problems and roadblocks in this journey but we can decide how approach them.
I am a certified health coach with a background in midwifery and a second degree in Nutrition and Dietetics. Since 2015, I have been dedicated to coaching, bringing my experience as a nutritionist and health educator to help individuals enhance their health and quality of life. Health coaching is not just my profession—it’s a passion that drives me to support others in their wellness journeys. I have some other credentials for sleep coaching, stress management, and tobacco cessasion.
We offer a wide range of services including, weight management, sleep coaching, stress management, smoking cessation, and many more.
